PRIVATE TRANCE SESSIONS
The private trance session has three segments. At the beginning, I channel healing energy that
helps you relax, get centered and clears your personal energy field in preparation for the
session.
In the second segment, I connect with my higher self and she gives you a message from your
higher self. The message is about the next phase of growth you chose to bring into your life and
the next lessons you want to learn. She does not predict anything in this message. You, along
with the more expanded parts of yourself—your higher self and soul—already decided on your
next group of lessons. Once she finishes with your message, she answers the questions you
prepared for her. You may prepare up to eight questions for the hour session. If you reserve
more than an hour, you can prepare more than eight questions.

PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE CHANNELING LESSONS
You learn the basics of how to channel in four successive appointments. The first two lessons
include lectures on pertinent information about channeling: After the didactic part of the first
session, you experience connection to your higher self and soul. In the second lesson you
experience your spirit guide’s touch, repeated contact with and separation from your spirit
guide, and the guide’s movement of your physical body. The last two basic lessons have short
lectures before the experiential parts of the class. In these two lessons, you learn how to
strengthen your relationship with your spirit guide and how to doodle, write, make sounds and
speak with your guide.
The four lessons are an exciting curriculum and give you an awareness of three sources of
guidance, plus teach you various ways to express your source of guidance. After you complete
the four basic lessons, you shape subsequent lessons to suit your channeling needs. If you
have a friend or two who would like to learn channeling, these lessons are also taught semi-
privately.

COUPLE TRANCE SESSIONS
A couple can consist of you and either your significant other, a close friend, or a relative. This
session shares similar components as a private trance session: You each receive a personal
message from your higher self, the relationship you have together is explored from the
perspective of this lifetime and previous lifetimes, and your personal questions are answered.
This session is typically an hour and a half long.

BEGINNER CHANNELING WORKSHOP
This is a basic 2 day workshop offered at the Open Heart School, which is a channeling school
founded by Diana Muenz Chen and her spirit guide Matthew. Diana is excited to offer excerpts
from her new book Channeling: The Heart and The Art as preparatory reading for the course.

You learn:
• The steps for semi-conscious channeling, which includes such tools as
grounding, meditation and light invocations.
• What your personal psychic abilities are, how to strengthen them and
use your abilities when you channel.
• About your higher self, soul and one of your spirit guides (all of these are considered sources
of guidance).
• Numerous channeling exercises with your source of guidance, which include to clairsentiently
and clairempathically feel your source of guidance; physical movement; inspirational doodling,
drawing and writing; to make sounds and speak.

You will have ample time to practice these techniques, so you fully understand them, and can
continue to use the techniques on your own. Diana enjoys working with small groups, so you
will have her personal attention throughout the weekend.

PSYCHIC SENSITIVITIES WORKSHOP
This is a basic 1 day workshop offered at the Open Heart School, which is a channeling school
founded by Diana Muenz Chen and her spirit guide Matthew. Psychic abilities are the interface
between you and the spirit realm, therefore they are important abilities to develop for
channeling. Diana is excited to offer excerpts from her new book Channeling: The Heart and
The Art as preparatory reading for the course.

You learn:
•How you psychically perceive.
•The Five Preparatory States to enhance your psychic sensitivities.
•How to ground (connect to the earth).
•How to anchor (a Silva Mind Control technique) different states of being as an energetic
shortcut.
•How to discern undeveloped beings and keep yourself balanced so you do not attract them.
•About all the “clairs” (psychic abilities) and how to enhance them.

The clairs you learn are: clairsentience—physical sensations; clairempathy—emotional psychic
impressions; subjective and objective clairvoyance—psychic sight; subjective and objective
clairaudience—psychic hearing; clairgnosis—psychic knowing; clairolfaction—psychic smell;
clairgustance—psychic taste.
You will have ample time to practice exercises, so you fully understand them, and can continue
to use them on your own. Diana enjoys working with small groups, so you will have her
personal attention throughout the day.

HANDS-ON-HEALING SESSIONS
At the beginning of each session we talk about how you are feeling. We may touch upon your
past and present difficulties. I channel healing energy and place my hands either over, or
directly on an area of your body or a chakra that needs balancing.
You may do Core Energetics exercises to open up the tissues of your physical body and help
suppressed emotions to surface. These exercises involve physical movement and breath work.
Healings and personal process work can be more effective after you do Core Energetics
exercises.
I am a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and use some of her techniques. I
also incorporate Japanese non-invasive acupuncture techniques to balance your energy
system. I do not use needles or puncture your skin. In addition, I channel Divine healing energy.

PRIVATE ENERGY LESSONS
You learn such techniques as how to: ground yourself, sense where your chakras are located,
open your chakras, feel the layers of your personal energy field, bring energy through your
hands, and much more. You may request to learn anything you choose at each appointment, or
review what you’ve already learned.

PERSONAL CHANNELED HEALING MEDITATION TAPES
You may request a personalized healing and meditation tape. We discuss what you need and I
channel a high quality cassette tape for you.

HOLISTIC PSYCHOTHERAPY SESSIONS
I combine many aspects of my professional education into an eclectic and effective type of
psychotherapy. I use body-centered exercises, from my training at The Institute of Core
Energetics East, that are designed to move stagnant energy in your body and help your
suppressed emotions to surface. Having graduated from the Barbara Brennan School of
Healing, I can perceive where your energy is stagnant, place my hands on you and help you to
move the physical or energetic block. At the spiritual level, I have been ordained at the New
Seminary by Rabbi Gelberman and have a degree in Spiritual Counseling. My ministerial
degree along with my channeling ability give me insight into your spirituality. On the intellectual
level, I also bring my knowledge of interpersonal, psychodynamic and object relations
psychology to work.

PHONE SESSIONS
You may receive all of the above services by phone, except the psychotherapy sessions. Your
phone session is recorded and the tape is mailed to you. Payment must be posted before the
session, so I receive it in advance of your appointment.

WEDDINGS WITH DIANA
Diana studied at the New Seminary, and was ordained an
Interfaith Minister with credentials in spiritual counseling. A wedding ceremony with Diana can
either be traditional or tailored for you to reflect the spiritual influences in your life.
Your wedding celebrates you, your life, and your partner. You can include relatives and friends,
honor your religious beliefs, or have a beautiful civil ceremony.
Diana embraces the teachings of all religions and spiritual beliefs and is happy to consult with
you on your impending nuptials. She would be honored to celebrate your special day with you
in the State of New York.
